You might say I’m biased because I’m Colombian, but even if I wasn’t, I would say Colombia has better beaches than Ecuador. I’m not saying that Ecuador’s beaches are subpar, but if you think about it, Colombia is one of the few countries blessed to be located between the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Colombians literally enjoy the best of both worlds!
On the Pacific coast, Colombia has:
- El Almejal Beach
- Jurubida Beach
- Cascada del Tigre Beach
- Nuqui and Bahia Solano
- And more.
While on the Caribbean coast, tourists can visit:
- San Andreas
- Palomino
- Baru
- Islas del Rosario
- And more.
Whether you prefer the crystalline or turquoise waters of the Caribbean or the cerulean blue waters of the Pacific, Colombia has it all for you!
